Iron fabrication and installation workmanship detail

Custom work succeeds when measurements, finishes, and access plans are aligned before metal hits the truck. Here is a practical outline of how engagements often progress—your timeline may vary with scope and permitting.

Consultation and field measure

We review goals, style references, and code considerations, then document the site—dimensions, substrate conditions, and utility locations that affect posts and operators.

Fabrication and finishing

Welds are completed, surfaces prepared, and powder coat or paint applied in controlled stages. Color samples help avoid surprises against stucco, stone, or wood trim.

Installation day

Crews anchor posts, hang gates, align operators, and install safety and access accessories. We test cycles, train you on remotes and releases, and leave the work area broom-clean.

  • Ask about lead times for specialty hardware—planning avoids idle crews.
  • Keep driveways and paths clear so lifts and material staging stay safe.
  • Save contact info for warranty questions and seasonal tune-ups.

Questions upfront save rework later—we welcome them at every stage.
